Pregnancy Top Tips
1. Relax and enjoy your pregnancy – the best advice I got from a
midwife there are too many outside influences making you worry try not
to listen to them.
2. Sleep sleep and more sleep – you cant get enough before baby comes
3. Pre-natel Yoga – became my best friend, I went every week and it
was brilliant to talk to mums about your week and every little thing
you were going through. I practiced active birth yoga, it taught me
great breathing techniques and prepared me well for my labour.
