Julie's advice on being a parent

Parenting

On Parenting there is so much out there telling you what to do how to  do and its very confusing and can make some people anxious.

  • Go with the flow, give lots of love & cuddles.

  • Give independence from an early age if you can it helps your child’s confidence plus when it gets stressful remember everything is moment in time.

  • My biggest challenge was to learn and be patient but I am getting there!

  • We are learning every day and its not always easy but being a mum is the best and most rewarding thing I have ever done.  Trust your instincts and try not to listen to everyone’s opinion it can get overwhelming (so ignore everything I have said and you will figure it out all by yourself!)
